The Pioneer Garden Project will break ground June 4th. It will be sponsored by Pacific Continental Bank with support from Jerry’s. We are going to transform a patch of bare garden ground into a replica pioneer garden. Little Hands Can is the non-profit that is coming out to do the actual work with their families. Help the project be fruit-full by donating the following items:
Beans
Beets
Cabbage
Carrots
Potatoes
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Peas
Onions
Radishes
Squash
Leeks
A garden bench
A bird bath
UPDATE: We had a great time with the families from Little Hands Can and also the VP of Pacific Cont Bank in Junction City, Kara, and her family. We cleaned, spread dirt, created a path, and put in some new plants. It was very successful and we are so grateful!
