Horseback Riding Day at Animal Rescue Teaching

Sign up for this Singing Creek Center event and ride horses and ponies and make some fun horse themed art with us. The staff at ART will be leading a talk about horse care, teaching you how to brush the horses and giving a riding lesson in the covered corral. We will make some horse art and play horse themed games, including a horse drawing lesson. Learn about how important horses were and still are to Native people and pioneers. Girl Scouts: this event is perfect for earning your Horseback Riding badge!

Cost: $40 per child, parents/guardians are free
Ages 5 and up. Younger children are welcome to attend with a parent/guardian but are not participants in the activities.
