Learn fermentation basics as we turn a head (or several) of cabbage into sauerkraut and take home a pint to ferment and enjoy. A special modified technique lets you ferment directly in the jar. We will also make a batch of kombucha and there will be kombucha SCOBY to take home for anyone who wants it.
